Mission Statement
Rebirth Innovation’s mission is to build a more resilient workforce, reduce burnout and chronic illness. We do this by developing the ResilientLife platform and app through a custom, user-focused assessment tool called the Hepto-Score, that measures health and wellness in seven main areas.
Our product
Clinically tested and gamified training modules incentivizes use through cash-back deposits into employees’ FSA/HSA accounts and additional PTO hours every quarter by the employer.
What We Do
- Rebirth Innovation develops a clinically-effective digital Employee Assistance Program called ResilientLife. ResilientLife is currently in the MVP development phase and open to clinical trials and pilot user testing. All content in each of the seven wellness modules are originally curated by licensed providers to provide a gamified and incentivized user experience
- Participants can schedule 1:1 office hours and securely message providers.
- Insurance Network integration means participants can find additional providers in their networks and geographical area for referrals to specialists and ongoing integrated care.

How Are We Different?
- ResilientLife differs from other Employee Assistance Program portals through monthly touchpoints with a ResilientLife Organizational Advisor (a licensed organizational psychologist) to walk through their custom dashboard and data with stakeholders on areas of strengths in the organization and how to improve on weaker areas.
- Rebirth Innovation practices what we preach. We are radical culture-changers who believe we can show and not tell the effectiveness of our own method as survivors of burnout and practitioners of living transparently with our work. This means: four-day work weeks (32 hours each week), fully remote work, meaningful face-to-face work retreats for team building, blocked-off vacation leave, flexible work schedules, reductions in work meetings, and more productivity and joy by growing staff with paid professional development training, conference attendance and event networking.
Who is ResilientLife For?
Our initial product is a B2B SaaS health-tech platform for all industries, organizations and enterprises. As an add-on medical benefit, ResilientLife provides both health benefits and workforce training expenditure write-offs for employers while boosting the organizational health and reducing the attrition and lost productivity rate of chronic burnout, illness, and low morale.
