Founder & CEO
A 2x tech founder, U.S. Air Force Veteran and former Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in addiction and trauma therapy. She is also a mom to three grown children. She enjoys helping others reach their best potential, climbing, hiking and kayaking. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she now calls northern Virginia and D.C. home.
Benden Soares
CTO
Has spent over a decade building user-centered tech products. He joins Rebirth Innovation CTO to build a company that cares about helping workers battle burnout, increase joy and feel their most productive. Brenden loves the outdoors, learning new skills and acquiring new experiences with his family. He feels at home with the scenery of Northern Nevada.

He served in the US Army Infantry and is a purple heart recipient. He loves to create human-centered digital products with a purpose. When not working Vital loves cooking Italian, French and American BBQ, playing minecraft in with his daughter
Joseph Moran
Lead Data & Privacy Engineer
He joins the team as Lead Data and Privacy Engineer with a specialty in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Joe spent the last decade working in bio-tech and is passionate about helping create healthy workforces. He loves exploring new restaurants with his wife, a front-line nurse, and playing with his new puppy, kitten and rescue snake in Philadelphia, PA

Josh Carter is a Serial Entrepreneur, 1859 Ventures Principal, Director at Washington Maritime Blue, ex-WeWork Labs, ex-Twilio, ex-BrightWork (CEO), and U.S. Navy Vet. He is also the co-host of the Veteran Founder Podcast with Cynthia Kao on the Startup Radio Network.

He is a 2X Tech Founder of Perlogix, a DevSecOps SaaS company, and Founder of Rocket to Cloud. Tim is a frequent guest speaker of all things tech, and an advocate for Veteran and Military founders. He is also a disabled U.S. Navy Veteran.

Carmen is a U.S. Army Veteran, President of ELYON International, Inc., a Technology and Management Consulting company for 20 years. Currently, she is responsible for the formulation of ELYON’s business strategy and for the management of the company’s business activities.

Joseph is a retired CFO, Financial and Change Manager with extensive experience in Financial Management, Analysis and entrepreneurial strategic planning. He previously grew companies in the following industries: Oil & Gas, Auto, Pharmaceutical, Hi-Tech and Manufacturing.

Advisor
Dr. Vachon is a practicing radiologist, venture backed co-founder, speaker and author on machine learning in medical imaging and healthcare. He is determined to provide clinically useful tools for his healthcare colleagues to best leverage the vast amounts of data generated daily. He is a trusted advisor to several companies and lives in San Diego California.
Tad Nguyen
Advisor
Tay Nguyen is a senior technology executive and entrepreneur with experience in multiple industries. As one of the founders of DivX, he led key technology and product teams during the company’s journey from an idea between college roommates to a NASDAQ IPO. Subsequently, Tay has held CEO, CTO and COO positions in healthcare, consumer fitness, and nuclear fusion startups that were backed by venture, corporate or private investors. He has extensive knowledge and experience in building organizations from the ground up, with a focus on bringing innovative products and services to market. Tay is married with two college age children, and calls San Diego home, where he is an avid runner and surfer.
Kyle Ryman
Advisor
Kyle Ryman is an attorney based in Austin, TX and a combat Veteran. As a former tech founder, Kyle’s passion is representing and advising startup founders and their companies. His practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Before attending law school, Kyle served as an Infantry Officer (Ranger Qualified) with the United States Army.
